Return & Replacement Policy

ROI Lifestyle offers you the option to return products if they are damaged or incorrectly designed. We will provide a replacement with fresh products in such cases.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers are advised to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person. If there are any issues, the product can be returned immediately following our return policy.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any promotional items received must also be returned.
  • Inspection: Returns are subject to inspection by the ROI Lifestyle team.
  • Stock Availability: Replacement depends on stock availability. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: COD convenience charge and shipping charge are non-refundable.

Reasons for Returns & Replacements:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrectly described products.
  • Clothing: Size or color mismatch (only if the discrepancy is between the invoice and the delivered item).
  • Incorrectly printed clothing (design mismatch, wrong placement, etc.).
  • Incorrect product sent.

Return Process:

  • Contact ROI Lifestyle Customer Care via email or phone within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • After receiving your return, we will conduct a quality check. If the return is valid, we will replace the product or process a refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after evaluating your return.
  • If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
  • COD convenience and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No refund is necessary for COD orders as payment has not been made.
  • For online payments, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
