Return & Replacement Policy

1. You may return products within 7 days of delivery by paying the delivery charge. We recommend checking the product in the presence of the delivery person.
2. The returned item must include all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.
3. Refunds or order alterations will be processed after verification by The ROI Lifestyle team.
4. Orders will be automatically canceled if provided information is insufficient.
5. Items can be returned if they are damaged (e.g., ripped, broken).
